The Global Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in equipping our commercial teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive business success. This role is responsible for developing and delivering high impact training programs, optimizing enablement strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams.
By aligning enablement initiatives with business priorities, this role enhances commercial performance, improves client engagement, and ultimately contributes to better patient access to treatment. Reporting to the VP of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, this role partners with Sales, Marketing and Global Practice areas to create a world-class sales enablement ecosystem.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver global sales enablement initiatives and comprehensive sales training programs using written, visual, audio, and video content, aligned with commercial success metrics and client engagement.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to identify enablement needs, establish structured feedback loops (e.g., surveys, roundtables), and drive best practice adoption.
Innovate new enablement strategies by leveraging technology, data-driven insights, and modern learning methodologies, while driving the adoption of sales playbooks and providing deal coaching and real-time support to enhance commercial success.
Monitor training effectiveness by analysing key performance metrics and continuously improving enablement initiatives.
Develop, update, and refine commercial sales templates and resources. Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge-sharing platform for these resources, including evaluating and sourcing a new storage hub for improved organization.
Establish and maintain a structured enablement framework that supports global sales performance, promoting use of internal knowledge-sharing forums and leveraging case studies and internal success stories to drive adoption of winning strategies and professional development.
Streamline planning, logistics, and execution of commercial sales enablement meetings and events, ensuring seamless and interactive live and virtual experiences.
Source, negotiate, and maintain subscriptions and licenses for relevant sales tools and technologies.
3-5 years of proven success in a global sales enablement or corporate sales training role.
1-3 years of experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with global stakeholders.
Experience managing sales enablement tools, content management systems, and learning technologies.
Passion for coaching, training, and empowering sales teams to achieve revenue goals. ]
