Responsibilities / Position overview

We are seeking a creative marketing/branding professional to join our Creative Strategy and Engagement group and serve as our Client Experience Manager (Account Manager). As the Client Experience Manager focused on Patient Advocacy, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients and brand expert on your assigned brands.

 

In this role, you will  lead client meetings and assist in developing strategic solutions and provide recommendations to clients

 

Additional expectations include:

  • Develops, implements, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficacy of advertising campaigns; applies this data to determine appropriate next steps for current and future campaigns.
  • Spearheads implementation of Brand Workshop with Strategy and client; takes ownership of resulting Brand Brief and ensures that all tactical implementation is a reflection of the ideals and positioning housed in the Brief
  • Maintain thorough knowledge in the therapeutic area of your brand and continue to seek out knowledge of other relevant therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, branding, or marketing in healthcare/pharma
  • Maintain a professional attitude internally and with clients, even in challenging situations
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Excellent project management skills, including organization, prioritization and delegation skills
  • Flexible, deadline oriented, and ability to work as part of a multifunctional team
