Responsibilities / Position overview

We are seeking a Principal Consultant in our Value Demonstration Practice to develop solutions to our unique and complex client needs. While experience in the HEOR space is critical, we recognize other skill sets are vital to our success

 

The Principal Consultant will provide strategic project leadership on a number of complex, multi-disciplinary HEOR/HTA/Market Access projects and programmes of work, including global evidence and value development programmes, health technology appraisals (HTAs), and reimbursement / market access programmes while being a strategic and trusted partner to the clients and able to advise on all activities and deliverables. The Principal Consultant will be accountable for overall project delivery and lead the project delivery teams and project strategy and direction, and contribute to and review project deliverables. This role will also be responsible for some business development activities including potential project scoping and proposal and budget development.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in HEOR or market access, preferably in a consultancy, HTA agency or pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience of translation of value evidence via communications
  • Post-approval product differentiation strategies and HEOR services expertise
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication tactics depending on topic and audience and confidence communicating with multiple, varying stakeholders
  • Experience leading and coordinating on multi-disciplinary project delivery teams, leading project strategy and proven ability to deliver projects within timelines, budget and scope
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to mediate, negotiate and problem solve, including the development of risk mitigation strategies for identified challenges within a market access decision problem
  • Line management experience preferred
