Responsibilities / Position overview

We are seeking rising college seniors or 2024 university graduates for a hands-on, 10 week internship over the 2024 summer. The Omnichannel intern will contribute to assigned digital marketing projects.

 

As the Omnichannel Intern, you will contribute through:

  • Support projects as assigned by the Omnichannel team
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders as needed such as omnichannel, media, technology, and creative teams
  • Research and assess competitive landscape of pharma omnichannel solutions; help articulate Lumanity’s points of differentiation
  • Contribute to our omnichannel thought leadership and promotional activities and planning
  • Identify client use cases and challenges where our omnichannel product can be an ideal solution

 

Our internship will run 10 weeks from June 3 to August 8 Monday through Thursday. Each week you will work 3 days remotely, and 1 day on-site from our Morristown, NJ office, with Fridays off!

 

This is the perfect opportunity for those with an interest in healthcare looking to gain experience and work on a team within a specific discipline, as well as working with other interns on a compelling project from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

Skills and qualifications required include:

  • Must be a rising senior or graduate at an accredited college or university.
  • Understand the difference between multimedia and omnichannel marketing strategies with a foundational understanding of major media channels, such as programmatic media buying, paid search, social media, and direct partnerships

  • A strong career interest in healthcare communications, advertising, life sciences, and/or medicine
  • Must have relevant classes, experience, and/or internship experience
  • Should be highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail
  • Should be able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Must thrive in an environment of rapid change
  • Must be able to commit to a rigorous 10-week schedule
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects that are occurring simultaneously
  • Organized with an ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs (Word, PPT, Excel)
